Stock and viewings
The entire stock is secured in bank. We do not expose any watch to the public.
Viewings in Paris are nevertheless possible, with a maximum of 3 watches and 2 clients per appointment, to be set up 1 week before.
Price
The second-hand watch market is dynamic by nature, and can vary rapidly depending on supply and demand. On the other hand, certain details (quartz or automatic movement, aesthetic condition, watch material, etc.) can lead to radically different prices for watches of similar appearance. It is partly to simplify your search for your next watch that we have created Françoise.
Our prices are freely set, depending on what seems appropriate to us in relation to the market and demand. We reserve the right to adapt them without notice.
Authenticity
Each watch is inspected by Françoise's team, then by watchmakers selected for their precise expertise. The constituent elements of the watch (such as the dial, the case of the watch or its movement) are guaranteed original, unless clearly stated otherwise. Leather straps may be replaced by us at your request.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year mechanical warranty. Since not all watches share the same use, we offer additional guarantees on certain specific watches (especially for waterproof watches). If so, the additional warranties are clearly indicated on the watch page.
At the end of the warranty, or for any other watches you own, we will always be at your disposal for any questions or service.
Shipping
Free insured shipping worldwide after receiving paiement for any purchase over 100 euros.
Any customs fees and taxes remain at your expense.
Please contact us for in-person delivery in Paris.
Payment policy
All payments are made in EURO €.
We favor the security and ease of direct bank transfer. Please contact us if you would like to buy via bank transfer.
Payment by credit card secured by Stripe or via Paypal. Funds are held for up to 5 open days for verification, before being released to us. No watch will be delivered or sent during this period.
Return and refund policy
Despite the photos and the description, which we hope are as accurate as possible, we know that the relationship to a jewel or a watch is above all physical. This is why we offer a possible return for 15 days, no question asked. The watch needs to be in the same mechanical and aesthetic condition it was sent in. Reimbursement within 5 days of receipt of the watch.

How does bank transfer payment work?
Once bank transfer is selected as the payment method, our bank details will be provided to you. The item will be shipped upon receipt of funds.
May I try on a piece before buying it?
Yes, a private appointment in Paris can be arranged to try on a piece before making a decision. Contact us to arrange a time.
Do you offer payment in installments?
We do not offer an automated split payment solution. However, payment in multiple bank transfers can be arranged with you, according to mutually agreed upon terms. The item will be shipped to you upon receipt of the full payment.
Do you take watches or jewelry on consignment?
We consider proposals for exceptional item consignments on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with photos and references for an initial assessment.
Availability & Search
What if the watch or jewelry I want is no longer available?
Since each piece is unique, it unfortunately cannot be put back on sale once sold. However, an alert system is integrated into each product page: enter your e-mail address in the block provided for this purpose, and you will be notified if a similar piece is added to our selection.
I want a particular model, can you find it for me?
Depending on the piece you are looking for, we may adjust our search based on our clients' wishes. Contact us to tell us more.
Delivery & Collection
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries. Some destinations may not be served, depending on the restrictions in force with our carriers. We will inform you at the time of your order if this is the case.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Allow 5 to 6 business days. For express delivery or a specific delivery date, please contact us beforehand: we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I track my package?
A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order ships.
Is my item protected during shipping?
Each shipment is insured up to the value of the item. Delivery also requires a signature to ensure that the item is handed over to you personally.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Each piece comes in its original case, when available, or in a complimentary standard case otherwise.
Returns & warranty
How exactly does a return work?
Contact us within the legal 14-day period, explaining the reasons for your return: we will then work together to find the best solution. If a return remains the best option, we will arrange its shipment, either via a prepaid label or home collection.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is at our expense.
What exactly does the 1-year warranty cover?
The one-year warranty covers the proper functioning of the movement, meaning the timepiece's ability to keep accurate time. In the event of a covered malfunction, service is free of charge.
What happens if my watch battery needs to be changed after purchase?
Battery replacement is covered if you are still under warranty. Contact us to find out more about the terms and conditions in your location.
What happens if my watch has a problem and the warranty has expired?
Even after the warranty period, we remain at your disposal for any revisions or repairs, upon quotation.
