The circle in the square

Description

Perfectly square in size with discreet dimensions, steel case, the Chanel Mademoiselle is made to accompany you daily. It has a very practical quartz movement combined with the comfort of a folding clasp. Its elongated Roman numerals give impetus to the sleek design of the watch. The circle formed by the tips of the index fingers adds femininity, and fits a circle into a square. This version with a black dial on which the indexes stand out, combined with a smooth black leather strap, is a little more elegant.

Why did Françoise choose it?

Françoise loves the emblematic watches of the different Maisons on Place Vendôme. The Chanel Mademoiselle is no exception, even if it has been eclipsed by the immense success of the Première. A simple shape, a dial that puts a circle in a square, everything would be almost too wise without the cabochon which recalls the luxurious origin of the watch. A dress watch that will go perfectly with the little black dress or, conversely, with a colorful outfit to break up the style. A pleasant and practical piece, timeless and discreet!

History

The Première was the first watch designed and created exclusively for women by Chanel in 1987. The Mademoiselle followed a few years later, and bears the nickname of Coco Chanel herself.

Usage instructions

This is a quartz watch serviced before sale, 1-year warranty. Keep away from water and heat.

Authentication

Every piece undergoes a two-step expert review before joining our selection.

Françoise and her team, collectors and horology enthusiasts for many years, examine it first.

Our partner watchmakers, with whom we work closely, then carry out the technical authentication.

Condition

Our photographs are true to life: taken in-house with a macro lens, they capture every detail of a piece with precision — including marks or scratches that may be less visible to the naked eye.

We never retouch a watch's condition; only the brightness of the photograph may be adjusted.

Serial numbers are removed from photographs to protect the authenticity of each piece.

Shipping

Worldwide shipping and insurance are offered for each item upon receipt of payment.

Any customs duties and local taxes, which vary depending on the country of destination, remain your responsibility.

In Paris, hand-delivery is possible by appointment, once funds have been received.

Return and refund policy

Despite photos and descriptions that we hope are as accurate as possible, we know that the relationship with a piece of jewelry, a watch, is above all physical.

That's why we offer a 14-day return period, no questions asked, with a refund within 5 days of receiving the watch.

However, the watch must be in an aesthetic and mechanical condition similar to when it was sent.
