Poiray introduces watchmaking into its collections with the Ma Première watch ("My First"). A watch with Art Deco lines whose vertical design gives the case a real dimension. Light falls on it, creating a play of volumes.

The iridescent dial complements it harmoniously. It also features vertical lines. A watch that embraces the contrasts between the soft roundness of the case, the numerals at 12 and 6 o'clock, the tapered hands and the signature, and the rigor of the clean lines of the gadroons. History

Launched in 1975 by François Hérail and Michel Ermelin, Poiray (a euphonious nod to the Parisian couturier Paul Poiret from the beginning of the last century) offers an alternative to traditional jewelers. More accessible collections, for every day.

A few years later, in 1987, Ma Première appeared. It quickly became the bestseller trans-generational of the brand, available in different sizes and materials (steel, yellow gold and rose gold, set with diamonds, sapphire, ruby or emerald indexes, etc. ). Around fifty cases and sixty bracelets are available.
