Description
The DateJust is one of Rolex' classics ! This one comes in its historical 36mm size, which will fit both women and men. The white gold bezel, combined with the Jubilee bracelet definitely give it a touch of elegance and finesse. Add to it a beautiful patina and the warm plexiglass : you have the complete vintage look. Being almost 40 years, it needs a calmer environment than its more robust little sisters we usually offered by Françoise !
How to wear it?
The Jubilee bracelet is often described as more elegant, less bulky than the traditional Rolex Oyster bracelet. The relative fragility (very relative, we are still talking about Rolex!) and the faceted white gold bezel give DateJust a more urban, elegant and dressy look than "sporty" Rolex. The absolutely perfect silver sunburst dial fit any outfit. This watch is the meeting point of the elegance of vintage and the discretion of elegance!

The first DateJust was a revolution as the first automatic watch with a date in 1945, of course in the waterproof Oyster case introduced about 20 years earlier. Between its birth and today, it has undergone numerous variations in materials (steel, gold...), dials (simple, pavé, hard stone...), and even size! This one retains the historical DNA of the "real" DateJust: 36mm size, Jubilee bracelet, and white gold bezel.
